 Clean & Seal
Ceramic tile, porcelain, grout and natural stone all get dirty with time. Be it the dirt we bring with our shoes, food dropped, drinks spilled
or even mopping water and some cleaning materials. If it's the shower or tub, than the buildups of soap-scam, or the growth of mold and bacteria will get it dirty.
As it is with anything else, regular cleaning and maintenance are required and will be considered good practice. However, once every few years, a professional cleaning and the application of new sealers is recommended (Sealers don't last forever).

 Tile Repair / Replacement
Tile is a very durable surface, but yet every now and then you might have a few cracked tiles. This can happen from cracks in your subfloor that reflect to the tile installation or from accidents like dropping a heavy item on the floor. In this cases, you may want to replace these cracked or broken tiles. the hardest part of this task might be finding a matching tile. If you know where the original tile was purchased, and as long as the manufacturer still makes it - problem solved. If not, the next best thing will be to take a good photo to a few tile suppliers and find the best possible match. Now that you have the replacement tiles, we can remove the old tile and install the new one for you, grout it, seal it, and we're done.

 Grout Repair / Replacement
Your grout is in bad shape, it's cracked or have holes in it. It's time to replace the grout.
With minimal dust and mess we can remove the old grout and replace it with new grout of the same color or a new color. We will
then seal the new grout for long-term protection of the installation.

 Grout Sealing (New installation)
New tile installations are rarely sealed by the installer. Unless it was asked for and agreed by the homeowner prior to installation
the installer will not seal the grout. In this case, the porous grout will begin to discolor, absorbing dirt and spills. Once absorbed, you may be able to clean the surface, but you cannot remove the stains penetrated into the grout.
It is highly recommended that new grout will be sealed prior to allowing regular use and traffic, to protect it from staining, bacteria, etc.
If you had tile new installed recently, we can make sure it is properly sealed and protected.

 Grout Coloring / Staining
Your grout is in good shape, you just hate that color. Stop! You don't need to replace the grout, you can just change the color.
Using special grout colorants we can renew the same grout color you have or change it to a completely new one.
Enhancing and protecting your grout makes your floor, counter or shower looks new again.

 Tub / Sink Recaulking
In most installation where a horizontal surface meets a vertical one, you will see cracking after a while. Besides the bad looks of these cracks, they are also a very easy place for water to penetrate through the installation and cause unseen damages below. These damages can be mold and bacteria, wood damage, etc. Once you spot such cracked joints, it is recommended that you treat them immediately.
Re-grouting or caulking on top of the crack is guaranteed to fail again soon. The joints need to be thoroughly cleaned and dried, filled in with backer-rod and then sealed again using a sanitary sealant.
